Admissions

Admission to St. Martha School is based on grade level availability, admissions testing, scholastic qualifications, and resources available to meet student needs.

Diocesan and Texas State guidelines are followed regarding grade level age requirement:
  • Pre-Kindergarten 3 year old program must be 3 on or before Sept. 1
  • Pre-Kindergarten 4 year old program must be 4 on or before Sept. 1
  • Kindergarten must be 5 on or before Sept. 1

  • Original Certified Birth Certificate
  • Original Social Security Card
  • Immunization Records
  • Sacramental Records
  • Report Cards & Standardized Test Scores
Please note the change that will take place next January (2013) during Catholic Schools Week for the 2013-2014 school year.  Students will be accepted in the following order:
 
1st – Students who have attended 3K & 4K at St. Martha Catholic School
 
2nd – Students who have attended 4K at St. Martha Catholic School
 
3rd – Siblings of Current Students
 
4th – Students in St. Martha Mother’s Day Out Program
 
5th – Parishioners of St. Martha
 
6th – Parishioners of other Catholic Parishes
 
7th – Open Registration
