Archdiocesan Tuition Assistance Program
The Archdiocesan Tuition Assistance Program is a yearly commitment that the Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston makes to keep Catholic schools accessible, affordable, and available to all families. The FACTS management application process determines the financial need to allocate tuition assistance.
Please note: Tuition Assistance is only available for students in Kindergarten through Grade 8.
Archdiocesan Tuition Assistance Timeline
December 1, 2024 FACTS Application Opens for 2025-2026 School Year February 7, 2025 Applications* (including all required documentation) PRIOR to this date will be considered for the first round of assistance (90% of available funds will be distributed).
Documentation includes the FACTS Application, the prior year's Tax Return and Schedules, and the prior year's W-2(s).

Applications for ACE Scholarships are available through FACTS. ACE Scholarships are based solely on family income. For more information on these partial tuition scholarship opportunities, please visit the ACE Scholarship website.

Local AidAfter receiving confirmation of your award decision from the Archdiocese or ACE Scholarship (through FACTS Management), you may submit an application for local aid using the St. Martha Catholic School Financial Aid - Supplemental Form if additional assistance is needed. The form may be requested by sending an email to [email protected]. The Financial Aid committee meets in the middle of June to review the applications and make award decisions. Please complete this form and submit it to [email protected] or drop it off in the office.
